Little Rocket Yoga - Classes to inspire Kids and teach Mindfulness

My name is Anja. I’ve been doing Yoga for 25 years, inspired by my grandmother who practiced yoga until she was 80. As a qualified Montessori Directress and Early Years Teacher (with 19 years’ experience working in early years education) I decided to combine my passions and skills by completing a Yoga teaching course with Yoga Beez in August of 2016.

Little Rocket is motivated by my need to inspire every child to reach for the stars; to dream big! My yoga classes are about taking children on an adventure, allowing them to see what their bodies and minds are of capable of by using mindful activities and yoga poses.

Now based in Hastings, and working with-in the surround areas (St Leonards on Sea, Battle, Sedlescombe, Westfields, Winchelsea, Bexhill and Rye), I look forward to meeting you!
