New classes in Battle
After some time off welcoming our little girl into the world … I’m teaching yoga again! This time in Battle. Places are limited so get in touch.
Exciting time
In August of this year my husband and I are expecting our very first mini yogi. We are both excited to meet her and will keep you all updated as to what the future holds for Little Rocket.
95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training
I’ve recently completed the 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training for children aged 2-16 years old with YogaBeez.
It was an amazing experience to learn from such wonderful fellow teachers and to broaden my knowledge. I look forward to using everything I have learnt to help children continue their yoga journey.
Junior yogis at St. Andrew’s Montessori
Once a week I run a yoga class for the children at St. Andrew’s Montessori where the children get to relax and go on creative adventures with me while going through different yoga poses.
This month there is a small piece about it in The Angel Resident and I’m so proud at the response these classes have been getting.
